Integration

The concept of System Integration has strongly changed for last years. System Integration for the current situation is an implementation of complex projects, directed to the decision business-problems of clients; the analysis of client’s business-problem and developing the infrastructure for it, also the development or delivery of necessary tools.
The better the system integrator understands his client’s business-problems, the easier for him to develop and implement the concrete projects for concrete needs.

The System Integration is not only a solution of a certain local task.
It is necessary to optimize business-processes in the company entirely, instead of parts.
While implementation of its projects, ULYS Systems applies not only technologies dominating for the moment, but also takes into account customer’s real needs.

What do we understand under the term of “system integration”?
As we understand, the system integration is some set of services, which most frequently occurs in one telecommunication project. For example such as:

  • Creation of corporative telephone connection infrastructure
  • Construction of structuring cable systems (SCS)
  • Building of local area networks (LAN)
  • Creation of multi service corporative networks
  • Construction of objects physical protection systems (access control, security and fire alarm, different video observation systems and etc)

It is necessary to note, that the term “system integration” is quite wide in sense and it is impossible to list all its components.

In particular, as a rule, they are the following:

  • Creation of one numeral space for geographically-distributed offices
  • Construction of broadband access systems
  • Creation of remote work places
  • Creation of corporative IP-telephony systems
  • Construction of virtual private networks (VPN) and many other things

ULYS Systems has necessary experience and highly qualified staff of engineers, also has set of statues from our suppliers and set of licenses for rendering quality services of system integration to the Customer.
While understanding the individuality of each project, we nevertheless can mark out the main components, which happens in this or that kind in the majority of them:

  • Exploratory auditor's design
  • Requirements specification writing and agreement with the Customer
  • Project planning. This stage includes the selection of equipment suppliers, system configuring, associating the telecommunication system to the, determination of work execution and equipment cost and etc.)
  • Implementation of the project (equipment delivery, its mounting and setting-up, testing and switching on, operation testing of the system, handing over to customer’s specialists)
  • Training of customer’s specialists (as to work with the concrete decisions realized in the given project, as to wider courses, devoted to product lines of our suppliers)
  • Technical and service support of telecommunication system of the customer

We understand, that as in the nature there are no two identical people so it is impossible to find and identical two telecommunication projects. From this fact our principle follows – an individual approach to each customer.

Our other feature is an aspiration for long-term partnership with our customers that means that after the first project executed by us, the Customer charged to us following ones. It is possible only with the high quality work and the customer’s maximum satisfaction with the implemented project.
